Description of Product and Service

Garden DremiAI is a gardening app that does two things. Plant care: you photograph a plant, artificial intelligence identifies it, and the app builds a care plan — watering, feeding, and misting intervals matched to the spot and light you tell it about — then shows you what needs attention each day. Garden design: you photograph a yard, patio, lawn, pool area, deck, or balcony, choose a style, and artificial intelligence returns a redesigned version of that same space.

The app interface is available in 11 languages, including Arabic with right-to-left layout. Garden DremiAI contains no advertising, no third-party marketing trackers, no chat, and no user-to-user messaging.

Features Included with Purchase

Garden DremiAI is free to download and free to use within set limits. Garden DremiAI PRO is an optional subscription that removes them:

Free: a set number of plant identifications (currently 5), a set number of saved plants (currently 3), and a limited number of design renders. Daily care tasks, schedules, and reminders inside the app are unlimited and free.
PRO: unlimited plant identifications, an unlimited plant collection, and unlimited design renders.
No advertising in either tier.

Deliverables are digital only: identifications, care plans, and generated design images produced inside the app. There are no physical products, and we do not perform, arrange, or supervise any real landscaping work.

Pricing

Garden DremiAI PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available in weekly, monthly, and yearly periods. The exact price is shown in the app in your own currency before you confirm any purchase, and prices vary by country. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never handle your card details. There is no free trial: a subscription begins and is charged as soon as you confirm the purchase. You can cancel at any time in your device’s subscription settings.

Privacy Policy

The short version: Garden DremiAI works without an account. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth. Photographs you take are sent to our AI providers so a plant can be identified or a space can be redesigned. We keep no gallery of them, we run no server database of our own, we do not sell personal data, and we show no advertising.

1. Information We Collect

Plant photographs. When you identify a plant, that photograph is transmitted to our AI provider so the species can be recognised. It is sent as part of a single request and is not stored as a file by us. The photograph and the resulting plant card are kept on your device.

Outdoor space photographs. When you generate a design, your photograph is uploaded to our image provider’s media storage so the rendering model can read it, and the generated result is returned to you as a hosted image link. This is a technical requirement of image-to-image generation. Please be aware that a yard or patio photo often shows the exterior of your home; only upload what you are comfortable sending to a processing provider. We do not review these photographs and we do not maintain a library of them.

Text describing your plant or project. The plant name, the zone and light you select, and the style and design brief you choose are sent to the AI provider so a care plan or a render can be produced.

Garden data. Your saved plants, care schedules, completion history, streak, design history, and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of subscription status and an anonymous purchaser identifier. We never receive or store payment card details.

Technical information. Our providers necessarily process technical data such as device type, operating system and app version, approximate region derived from the network, and IP address, in order to return a result and protect against abuse.

What we do not collect: no account registration, no contact details, no address book or contacts, no precise GPS location, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or marketing SDKs inside the app, no voice or audio recordings, and no behavioural profiles for advertising. We operate no user database — there is no server holding your plants, your designs, or a profile of you.

2. How We Use Your Information

To identify the plant in your photograph and build its care plan.
To generate a redesigned image of the outdoor space you photographed.
To schedule watering, feeding, and misting, and to show you what is due today.
To verify subscription status and to answer you when you contact support.
To diagnose faults and improve the app’s accuracy and stability.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

3. Notifications

Garden DremiAI does not send push notifications. We operate no notification server and collect no push tokens. Care reminders appear inside the app, on your daily list, when you open it.

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We use a small number of specialist providers to make the app work. They process data on our instructions, for the purposes described above:

OpenRouter — identifying the plant in your photograph and generating its care plan.
kie.ai — backup provider for plant identification, care plans, and design rendering when the primary provider is unavailable.
WaveSpeed AI — storing your uploaded outdoor photograph for processing and generating the redesigned image.
RevenueCat, with Apple and Google — subscription processing and validation.
Hostinger — hosting for this website only, not inside the app.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and retention practices. We instruct them to process your content only to return the result the app needs. We otherwise disclose information only where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

5. Data Retention

Your plants, care schedules, designs, and settings stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Plant photographs are transmitted for processing and are not retained by us. Outdoor photographs uploaded for design rendering, and the generated results, are held by our image provider under its own retention schedule; we do not copy them to any system of ours. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question.

6. Children’s Privacy

Garden DremiAI is intended for adults — homeowners, renters, and gardeners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. There is no registration, no profile, no chat, no messaging, no advertising, and no social feed anywhere in the app.

Because the app uses a camera, an adult should supervise any child who uses it, and photographs should be of plants and outdoor spaces rather than of people. Purchases require the account holder’s store credentials and should be made by an adult; in-app purchases can be disabled in your device’s parental controls.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information — for example by sending an email — write to support@gardenyarddesign.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because Garden DremiAI holds almost nothing that identifies you, most of these are straightforward:

Delete app data: delete the app. Everything stored locally — plants, schedules, history, designs — goes with it.
Remove a processed photograph: email support@gardenyarddesign.com with the approximate date and we will pass a deletion request to the image provider on your behalf.
Any other request: email us and we will respond within the period your local law requires.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law.

8. Data Security

Data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and our providers are established services with their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Our providers operate globally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

10. Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no advertising identifiers, and neither does the mobile app.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and its effective date.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Garden DremiAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, an adult must agree on your behalf and supervise your use.

2. Description of Service

Garden DremiAI provides AI-assisted plant identification, plant care guidance, and outdoor design visualisation as described above. Because these are produced by artificial intelligence, results are not guaranteed to be accurate: plants can be misidentified, care intervals are estimates rather than horticultural prescriptions, and generated designs are illustrations rather than buildable plans.

Do not rely on this app to determine whether a plant is safe to eat, safe for pets, or safe to handle. Consult a qualified horticulturist, a poison control centre, or a veterinarian for anything that matters to health or safety. Design images are visual inspiration and are not architectural, structural, engineering, or landscaping advice; consult a qualified professional before building anything.

Identifying a plant, generating a care plan, and rendering a design each require an internet connection. Saved plants, schedules, and past results remain available offline. Features, content, limits, and prices may change as the app develops.

3. No Account Required

Garden DremiAI works without registration. Because there is no account, your plants, schedules, and design history are tied to the device and are not automatically transferred if you change or reset your device, or delete the app. Your subscription can be restored on a new device using the same store account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Garden DremiAI PRO is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. There is no trial period.
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your own store account settings, not through us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to photograph people without their consent, not to photograph property you have no right to photograph, and not to submit unlawful or harmful content. You also agree not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, use it to build a competing dataset or service, or circumvent usage limits and payment mechanisms. We may restrict access where these terms are breached.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photographs you take. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process an image so the app can return an identification, a care plan, or a design. Generated design images are yours to keep and to share personally.

The app itself — including the Garden DremiAI name, the artwork, the interface, the style catalogue, and the written care content — is our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed.

7. Disclaimers

Garden DremiAI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that identification, care guidance, or design generation will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for harm to a plant, a garden, a property, a person, or an animal arising from reliance on the app’s output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Garden DremiAI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your consumer rights under local law are unaffected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the effective date at the top shows when they last changed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, because they process the payment. We cannot issue a refund directly, but we will help you pursue one.

iPhone / iPad: request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: request through your Google Play order history, or Google’s refund request form.

If you cancel, you keep PRO until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling part-way through a period does not create a partial refund. Consumer law in your country may give you additional rights — for example a statutory cooling-off period in the EU and UK — and those rights always take precedence over this policy.

If something genuinely went wrong — a duplicate charge, a subscription you did not intend, or PRO that never activated — email support@gardenyarddesign.com. We would rather help you sort it out than leave you feeling cheated.
